About the Role

InnovaateU, a distinguished mentoring and training provider, is seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic Admission Co-Coordinator to join our team. This virtual training role is pivotal in facilitating seamless admissions processes for students across Pune and Mumbai.

Requirements

Industry Experience:

  • Prior experience in admission coordination, preferably in the education or training sector.

  • Familiarity with virtual training environments and digital communication tools.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Admissions Process Management:

    • Coordinate and oversee the end-to-end admissions process for prospective students.

    • Ensure timely and accurate processing of applications, transcripts, and other admission-related documents.

  2. Communication and Outreach:

    • Serve as a primary point of contact for prospective students, providing information on programs, admission requirements, and procedures.

    • Conduct virtual information sessions to assist applicants in understanding the offerings of InnovaateU.

  3. Application Review and Evaluation:

    • Collaborate with relevant departments to review and evaluate student applications.

    • Communicate admission decisions to applicants in a timely and professional manner.

  4. Documentation and Record Keeping:

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all admissions-related activities.

    • Generate reports as needed for internal analysis and reporting purposes.

  5. Collaboration with Stakeholders:

    • Work closely with academic departments, marketing, and student support teams to ensure a cohesive and positive experience for prospective students.

  6. Admissions Events:

    • Assist in organizing and coordinating virtual admissions events, including webinars, open houses, and information sessions.

  7. Continuous Improvement:

    • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in the admissions workflow.

    • Provide feedback on admission-related policies and procedures.


Qualifications:

  1. Education:

    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

  2. Experience:

    • Previous experience in admissions coordination or a related role.

    • Familiarity with virtual training environments and online platforms.

  3. Skills:

    • Strong organizational and communication skills.

    • Proficient in using digital tools and platforms for virtual communication.
